The initial cost of printing the book
has been donated to the FFAA. Proceeds
from the initial copies and reprints produced by the FFAA
will go to the FFAA. (a non-profit organization). All book sales are tax
deductible. Each book in the initial offering will be signed by the author.
Black and white spiral bound copies can be purchased
for $35 (plus $5 S&H) or a CD at $20 (plus $5 S&H).
The CD contains copy of the book in a PDF format (requiring
Acrobat 7.0). Earlier versions of Acrobat can open the
text, but not all the images. Credit card purchases can be
made by using Pay Pal at the FFAA web-site.
